Job summary

HONOR Malaysia is seeking an Area Manager to lead Klang Valley sales across all channels. You will develop regional plans, motivate retailers, and ensure on-site execution to meet targets.

You will train Brand Ambassadors, manage field visits, and provide market insights to support business decisions. Fluency in Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia is required, with strong negotiation and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum SPM or above.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of sales management experience in related industries
• Languages: Proficient in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia to handle a multilingual work environment.
• Competencies: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, team leadership, and the ability to work under pressure with frequent field visits.
