Koong Woh Tong Sdn Bhd (恭和堂) seeks an Area Supervisor to oversee daily outlet operations across Malaysia and Singapore. You will lead a team, ensure service excellence, manage merchandising and hygiene, and report to Head Office on key outlet matters.

The role requires strong multilingual communication and a proactive, responsible attitude. Candidates should have 3+ years in similar roles, basic computer skills, and willingness to travel between outlets.

Qualifikationen

• 3 years' relevant working experience
• Basic computer knowledge
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and English
• F&B / restaurant experience is an added advantage
• Positive, responsible and self-motivated
• Able to work 6 days per week, including weekends and Public Holidays (Replacement leave will be provided)
• Possess own transport and willing to travel between assigned outlets

• Maintain good customer service and outlet standards
• Ensure merchandising, cleanliness and hygiene are well maintained

• Monitor stock and cash handling

• Handle other duties assigned by the Superior
