Job summary

HONOR is seeking a hands-on Warehouse & Field Operations Coordinator to support regional inventory and distribution. You will manage day-to-day warehouse stock, plan daily routes, and ensure POSM materials and displays meet brand standards across outlets.

You will also assist in stock takes, demo units, and on-ground event setups, working in a multilingual environment with Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia speakers. Fresh graduates welcome with own transport.

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum SPM and above.
• 1-3 years warehouse experience is a plus; fresh graduates with own transport welcome.
• Languages: Fluent in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia for a multilingual environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day regional warehouse inventory and support quarterly stock-takes to match records.
• Plan daily visitation routes independently to cover assigned outlets efficiently.
• Manage POSM display & replenishment across assigned areas, maintaining brand standards.
• Regularly check retail demo units for proper display and usage, ensuring consistency with records.
• Support major roadshows and event setup and on-ground execution.
