Binance VIP & Institutional team is hiring a remote senior sales professional to manage global institutional and VIP client relationships. You will expand portfolios, coordinate with regional teams, and travel for bespoke events when required.

Fluency in English is essential; crypto experience is a strong advantage. Remote-first role with potential international travel and collaboration with a world-class team.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales/customer service experience in an international context.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting.
• Ability to work autonomously within a global sales team.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and develop trust with a portfolio of major global clients (VIP/institutional).
• Expand relationships through proactive communication and need analysis.
• Build and optimize customer service processes and reporting for key accounts.
• Analyze user behavior and provide product feedback to internal teams.
