Job summary

Gate, a leading cryptocurrency exchange, is a remote-first company with global reach. We’re expanding our Global Partnerships team to build and qualify a pipeline across asset listings, TradFi and Web3 products.

This role is ideal for someone early in their partnerships career who wants exposure to real deals rather than admin work. You will source opportunities, run first-touch outreach, and support live deals through due diligence and proposals, with increasing ownership as you grow in the

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in business development, partnerships, sales, or Web3.
• Native-level English; working Chinese is a plus.
• Genuine interest in crypto and ability to discuss projects credibly.

Responsibilities

• Source and qualify partnership opportunities across assets and Web3 products.
• Lead first-touch outreach and early conversations with prospective partners.
• Support live deals through due diligence, proposals, and negotiation.
• Maintain day-to-day partner communication and nurture relationships.
• Prepare partner research and deal materials for senior management.
• Coordinate with product, legal, compliance, risk, ops, and marketing to move deals forward.
• Track pipeline and activity to prevent deals from stalling.
• Represent Gate at industry events and partner meetings.
