Job summary

Confidential, a global cryptocurrency exchange, invites a Partnerships professional to join a remote-first team focused on expanding deals across TradFi and Web3. You will source and qualify opportunities, open conversations, and drive deals forward alongside senior leaders.

You will maintain partner relationships, assemble deal materials, and coordinate with product, legal, and marketing to ensure successful execution.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in BD, partnerships, sales, or related roles
• Native-level English; Chinese language a plus
• Strong interest in crypto/Web3 and ability to discuss projects credibly
• Comfortable with outbound outreach and building a pipeline
• Organised, self-directed, and able to work with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Find and qualify partnership opportunities across listings in TradFi and Web3
• Open conversations with prospective partners and move them forward
• Manage live deals through diligence, proposals, and negotiations
• Maintain day-to-day contact with existing partners and nurture relationships
• Prepare partner research, deal materials and internal updates for team/leadership
• Collaborate with product, legal, compliance, risk, ops and marketing to execute deals
• Keep pipeline, deal status and partner activity up to date
• Represent the team at industry events and partner meetings
