Job summary

Bybit Limited in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Institutional Sales/BD professional to build and manage a client pipeline from initial contact through onboarding to trading.

You will collaborate with Product, Compliance, Risk, and Technology to deliver institutional-grade crypto solutions, lead negotiations, and drive cross-selling to maximize client lifetime value; communicate market insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales/BD experience in traditional finance (investment banking, asset management, private banking, brokerage).
• Established institutional client network with ability to engage senior decision-makers.
• Basic understanding of crypto assets, digital asset custody, and DeFi.
• Fluent in English with professional communication skills.
• Highly self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Proactively develop and acquire traditional financial institution clients; build a client pipeline to drive onboarding to trading.
• Collaborate with Product, Compliance, Risk, and Technology to deliver institutional-grade products.
• Lead client negotiations and contract terms; drive execution and partnerships.
• Monitor existing institutional clients; identify incremental opportunities and cross-sell.
• Produce market insights and competitive analysis; relay client needs and expectations.
• Achieve sales targets including AUM growth and trading volume.
