Job summary

Binance is seeking a senior leader to own the global card business, including virtual and physical cards, and wallet integrations. You will launch and scale programs across markets, manage issuers and processors, and drive 0-to-1 wallet integrations while optimizing partnerships and operations.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in cards/payments, strong ecosystem knowledge, and a track record with Visa/Mastercard ecosystems in fintech or crypto environments. Remote-first role with global reach.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in cards, payments or fintech industries.
• Experience launching and operating global card programs.
• Hands-on Apple Pay and/or Google Pay integrations.
• Deep understanding of the card ecosystem.
• Experience with card issuers, BIN sponsors, processors and wallet providers.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global card business roadmap across markets.
• Lead end-to-end launch and scaling of card programs internationally.
• Manage relationships with issuers, BIN sponsors, processors and partners.
• Drive digital wallet integrations (Apple Pay, Google Pay) to go-live.
• Oversee physical card supply chain and vendor ecosystem.
• Negotiate commercial terms with payment partners and issuers.
• Develop scalable operations, SOPs and escalation processes.
