Job summary

SEAhub Asia is seeking an energetic Account Manager to manage customer accounts and deliver exceptional service across phone and messaging channels. You will build rapport, retain clients, and ensure accurate client records while driving loyalty.

In this remote-first role, you’ll use a consultative sales approach to meet targets, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and continuously develop your skills through ongoing workshops and coaching.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Account Management or B2C sales.
• Strong command of English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Organised, able to multitask and work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and deliver an excellent customer experience across channels.
• Maintain accurate records of client engagement.
• Communicate professionally via calls and WhatsApp/Telegram chats.
• Provide consultative B2C sales to drive growth.
• Be a strong team player and support company goals.
• Evaluate key metrics to own personal performance.
• Participate in skills workshops, team huddles and coaching sessions.
• Working hours: Monday–Friday, 12pm–9pm.
