Job summary

Bybit is seeking an experienced Institutional Sales professional in Kuala Lumpur to develop and manage relationships with traditional financial institutions, driving onboarding and trading engagement.

The role requires cross-functional collaboration with Product, Compliance, Risk and Technology to deliver robust, institutional-grade offerings and to maximize client lifetime value in a fast-paced, high-growth crypto environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales/BD experience in traditional finance; crypto industry preferred.
• Established institutional client network with access to senior decision-makers.
• Basic understanding of crypto assets, custody, DeFi, and emerging sectors.
• Fluent in English for professional communications with global clients.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and acquire traditional financial institution clients; maintain a pipeline from contact to onboarding to trading.
• Collaborate with Product, Compliance, Risk, and Technology to deliver institutional-grade offerings.
• Lead client negotiations and terms; drive contract signing and partnership implementation.
• Monitor institutional clients' performance; identify opportunities and cross-sell for LTV.
• Produce market insights and competitive analysis; relay client needs and expectations.
• Achieve sales targets, including AUM growth, trading volume, and new client acquisition.
