Job summary

ILIMA Talent, in partnership with a Dubai-based international brokerage, is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive expansion across Asia-Pacific. You will own the APAC growth strategy, leveraging your regional network to convert opportunities into revenue and expand the company's presence.

Qualifications

• Proven business development or sales experience within Forex, CFDs, prop trading, brokerage, or related financial services.
• Strong understanding of the APAC trading landscape and regional market dynamics.
• An established network of IBs, affiliates, traders, or industry partners is highly desirable.
• A track record of independently generating leads, building partnerships and closing deals.
• Mandarin, Hindi, Bahasa Indonesia/Malay, Thai, Vietnamese, Korean or Japanese is a strong advantage.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to manage a regional territory independently.

Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and onboard new Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, clients, and strategic partners.
• Independently develop and manage your regional sales pipeline, from prospecting to closing.
• Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders across the trading industry.
• Identify high-potential markets, emerging opportunities, and new revenue streams.
• Negotiate and close commercial partnerships.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Operations to support regional growth.
• Represent the company at relevant international industry events.
