Job summary

Systems Limited - APAC is seeking a proactive Technical Recruiter with 3+ years of experience in technology hiring to support recruitment across the APAC region. You will manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding while collaborating with hiring managers to define technical requirements.

You will source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and job portals, assess for technical and cultural fit, build talent pipelines, and coordinate interviews to ensure a smooth candidate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, CS, or related field.
• 3+ years in technical recruitment in IT services or tech industry.
• Experience hiring Software Engineers, Data Engineers, Cloud Engineers, AI/ML Engineers, etc.
• Strong sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
• Familiarity with modern tech stacks, cloud platforms, and new technologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define technical requirements and strategies.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, portals, referrals, networks, headhunting.
• Screen for technical, functional, and cultural fit.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Track metrics, maintain ATS records, provide updates to stakeholders.
• Promote employer branding and represent Systems Limited at events.
• Ensure activities align with policies, standards, and diversity goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitors.
