Job summary

Emerson is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner to drive full-cycle recruitment for Malaysia, collaborating with business leaders and hiring managers to forecast talent needs and build robust candidate pipelines.

The role focuses on sourcing strategy, employer branding, and analytics to improve recruitment outcomes, with a strong emphasis on APAC market experience and stakeholder partnership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent sourcing, gained in an agency, RPO, or in-house setting.
• Experience or exposure to sourcing talent across APAC markets.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, channels, job platforms, and modern search techniques.
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers or senior stakeholders.
• Ability to manage recruitment projects and hiring campaigns with clear timelines and deliverables.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and share insights to guide recruitment decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and customer-focused mindset.
• Proficiency with ATS and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with business leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver full-cycle recruitment for roles across Malaysia.
• Provide insights on Malaysia’s talent landscape, including market trends, competitive intelligence, and talent availability.
• Develop and execute attraction and sourcing strategies that elevate employer branding and enhance candidate outreach.
• Build, nurture, and maintain strong pipelines of both passive and active candidates for critical talent segments.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects the company’s values and strengthens our brand.
• Support and lead TA projects aimed at improving recruitment effectiveness and operational excellence.
• Utilize recruitment analytics to identify trends and improve talent acquisition strategy and outcomes.
