AI Rudder Pte Ltd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a proactive Freelancer Talent Acquisition Specialist for APAC. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, partnering with hiring managers across technical, commercial, and corporate roles. This role offers flexible, part-time hours with 3 in-office days weekly.

You will build strong candidate pipelines, drive a positive candidate experience, and support employer branding initiatives while collaborating with local and regional teams.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of recruitment experience, ideally in Tech, SaaS, AI, or a fast-paced business environment.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes; technical or commercial hirings are a plus.
• Strong sourcing skills, especially through LinkedIn and other online channels.
• Good understanding of the Malaysia talent market.
• Able to partner confidently with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including role intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and talent mapping.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and team priorities.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, talent communities, and other channels.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout recruitment process.
