Private Advertiser in Malaysia is seeking a Senior HR Executive, Talent Acquisition to lead end-to-end recruitment for Singapore, Malaysia, and China. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in-house or agency.
• End-to-end recruitment across multiple markets (Singapore, Malaysia, China).
• Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing and stakeholder management skills.
• Good communication, interpersonal, organisational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Singapore, Malaysia and China, including posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination and onboarding.
• Source qualified candidates via JobStreet, SEEK, LinkedIn, recruitment agencies, referrals and networking.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads across markets to define requirements and candidate profiles.
• Screen and evaluate candidates based on qualifications, experience and fit; coordinate interviews and follow-ups.
• Maintain active pipelines and provide updates on hiring progress and challenges.
• Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives across jurisdictions.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and local employment requirements; assist with other HR duties as needed.
