Job Summary
This senior role manages the full spectrum of talent acquisition for technical and corporate positions across the APAC region. Beyond filling vacancies, the position drives employer branding, oversees new hire integration, and supports broader employee engagement strategies within a dynamic consultancy environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire hiring lifecycle for diverse disciplines, ensuring a smooth transition from initial request to final onboarding.
- Partner with department heads and project leaders to define hiring criteria and align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
- Implement multi-channel sourcing tactics using professional networks, digital platforms, and referral programs to identify high-caliber candidates.
- Build and maintain long-term talent pools to address both immediate vacancies and future workforce requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for hiring stakeholders, providing regular updates and maintaining transparent communication throughout the selection process.
- Promote the organization’s employer value proposition to ensure a positive and engaging experience for all applicants.
- Coordinate comprehensive onboarding logistics, including orientation scheduling and induction activities, to facilitate smooth transitions for new joiners.
- Analyze onboarding feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall new hire journey.
- Lead initiatives to strengthen the company’s reputation as an employer of choice through targeted branding campaigns and content creation.
- Represent the firm at industry events, career fairs, and university partnerships to support graduate hiring and campus engagement.
- Collaborate with the HR team to design and implement programs that boost employee satisfaction, well-being, and retention.
Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Engineering, or a relevant field.
- Possess between five and eight years of hands-on experience in full-cycle talent acquisition, ideally within engineering, infrastructure, construction, or project-based sectors.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of hiring for technical, engineering, project management, and corporate positions.
- Show familiarity with employer branding, campus recruitment, or talent development programs.
- Have experience operating in a multinational or regional business environment.
- Exhibit strong proficiency in talent sourcing, candidate evaluation, and strategic recruitment planning.
- Be proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, HRIS tools, and major job portals.
- Display excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
- Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality when handling sensitive personnel data.
