Extreme Networks, Inc. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Partner Readiness Specialist to bridge Channel Sales, Systems Engineering, Marketing and Partner Organizations across APAC.

The role focuses on building partner capability through onboarding, training, and certification to enable self-sufficient, technically proficient, and commercially successful partners. You will deliver workshops, playbooks, and sales motions, support solution design reviews, and collaborate with distributors and alliance

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years' experience in Systems Engineering, Technical Sales, Channel Sales, Partner Programs, Sales Operations, Enablement, Training, or Customer Success.
• Experience with enterprise networking technologies and partner programs.

Responsabilidades

• Bridge between Channel Sales, Systems Engineering, Marketing, Professional Services, Revenue Enablement, and Partner Organizations across APAC.
• Develop repeatable partner onboarding and readiness frameworks.
• Deliver technical workshops, trainings, and certifications for partners.
• Create and localize partner-facing sales presentations, playbooks, and sales motions.
• Promote adoption of Extreme Platform ONE, AI-driven networking solutions, and partner programs.
