Job summary

Adecco Portugal client seeks an senior channel marketing leader to drive APAC regional campaigns and partner enablement from Kuala Lumpur. You will partner with Commercial and Distribution teams to design and deliver activations, social and digital campaigns, and ensure alignment with priorities.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, governance support for country teams, and ongoing training programs to elevate partner marketing capabilities across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration or related field.
• 8–10+ years in B2B channel/distribution marketing or partner ecosystem management.
• Proven ability to lead large regional campaigns and events.

Responsibilities

• Design, forecast, and deliver end-to-end regional channel marketing plans across APAC.
• Enable country teams with governance and localization of initiatives.
• Track performance, ROI, and manage regional marketing budgets.
• Deliver partner enablement programs through online and in-person sessions.
• Coordinate with partner stakeholders and internal teams for product rollouts.
