Job summary

Huawei Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd invites applications for a Partner Enablement Specialist for APAC Digital Power. The role focuses on maintaining partner maps, organizing releases, and leading partner capability assessments to ensure accurate profiles and counts.

You will drive the partner qualification process and support continuous partner enablement and delivery management. The candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree and have at least two years of experience in product technology,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
At least 2 years of working experience in product technology, project delivery, or enterprise industry service.
Experience working with enterprise service partners is a plus.
Possess technical knowledge in the product domain and related product domains and have general knowledge of service partner enablement processes.
Strong communication and coordination skills are required.
Skilled in using IT systems and tools.

Responsibilities

Lead the maintenance of service partner map data and organize release and updates of partner maps.
Lead service partner capability assessments and ensure accuracy of user profiles and user counts; independently handle partner enablement tasks.
Drive implementation of the partner qualification process and document review.
Lead partner capability development and continuous operations for service partners.
Own tracking and management of overall partner delivery and maintenance satisfaction data.
