Intrepid Asia is a dynamic Ecommerce and Digital Solutions provider in SEA seeking a People Operations Specialist to drive HR operations across onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and compliance. You will partner with regional teams and report to the Regional People Operations Lead.

We value proactive, self-starting professionals who can manage multiple HR projects, maintain accurate HRIS records, and support employer branding and employee development initiatives within a fast-growing startup

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or Social Sciences or equivalent.
• Experience in HR operations, payroll and employee relations preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proactive partner to stakeholders and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding, offboarding and transfers for all staff.
• Support payroll processing and timekeeping accuracy.
• Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives.
