Job summary

Remote is a global company offering fully remote roles across APAC and beyond. The Senior Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations & Transitions, leads complex offboarding with a focus on legal compliance and exceptional service, while guiding clients through workplace concerns and coordinating resources.

You will be the first point of escalation, mentor junior colleagues, and advocate for automation and AI-enabled improvements across offboarding and employee relations processes.

Qualifications

• Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies across the lifecycle.
• Strong background in independently managing exits with care, sensitivity and compliance.
• Ability to interpret industrial instruments and apply problem-solving in diverse jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve end-to-end employee exits across multiple jurisdictions with minimal supervision.
• Provide guidance on terminations, resignations and transfers with compliance focus.
• Lead client meetings and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders on offboarding.
