Job summary

SEAhub Asia is hiring a remote onboarding specialist to engage customers across chat platforms, guide setup, and drive conversions while delivering personalized support. You will own the customer journey from first contact to onboarding and retention, coordinating with backend tools and monitoring interactions to maximize value.

Fluent in English and Mandarin, you must be proactive, organized, and comfortable with a rotating schedule in a remote-first role designed for flexibility and career

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in customer service, daily customer communication.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven, customer-focused environment.
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and time management skills.
• Creative, proactive problem solver with a can-do attitude.
• Reliable high-speed internet for work-from-home.
• Proficient with Windows, Microsoft Office, and Google apps.
• Willing to rotate schedule (24/7) including midnights, weekends, holidays.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers across LiveChat, WhatsApp, and Telegram to guide onboarding and deposits.
• Own end-to-end customer journey from first contact to onboarding, engagement, and conversion.
• Identify customer needs and upsell relevant products or services.
• Convert inbound inquiries into active users through effective communication.
• Assist with account setup, verification, and issue resolution using backend tools.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM and internal systems.
• Monitor behavior signals to identify high-potential users and maximize conversions.
• Deliver a high-quality, responsive, personalized experience to boost retention.
