Job summary

Remote is seeking an Onboarding Operations Specialist to shape the onboarding journey for new employees globally. You’ll drive end-to-end processes, ensure compliance, and coordinate with Mobility, Benefits, Lifecycle and Payroll teams.

You’ll report to the Manager, Onboarding Operations, and work within an international, fast-paced, remote team. Strong English, collaboration, and automation fluency are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in people operations and legal contracting is key.
• Proficiency in handling employment contracts and similar documents.
• Strong written and spoken English, business level.

Responsibilities

• Lead the onboarding journey for new employees with compliance focus.
• Own the onboarding lifecycle and resolve employee inquiries.
• Collaborate with Mobility, Benefits, Lifecycle and Payroll teams.
