Job summary

Rippling is seeking an HR Advisor to support its Employer of Record (EOR) services across APAC. You will partner with customers to hire and manage employees across multiple countries, guiding them through onboarding to off-boarding while navigating employee relations and compliance considerations.

This regionally scoped role requires quickly ramping on new countries with internal training and collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine workflows for hiring, onboarding, and transitions,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR Advisory, consulting, or internal HR experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR advisory support across multiple countries within a region, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and employment practices.
• Draft and implement compliance-driven policies and SOPs across multiple jurisdictions, including leave management, performance management, investigations, terminations, and statutory processes.
• Manage complex employee relations issues across countries, including terminations, leave, and regulatory risk scenarios.
• Partner with product, engineering, and compliance teams to configure and test workflows for hiring, onboarding, transitions, terminations, and statutory benefits across multiple countries.
• Respond to customer and employee inquiries across a range of countries, delivering accurate and timely guidance.
• Rapidly build expertise in new countries using internal documentation, training, and self-directed research.
