Job summary

Adecco Portugal is seeking an APAC Middle Office Solutions Manager to provide end-to-end leadership, governance, and delivery of Middle Office digital solutions across APAC markets. The role oversees strategy, design, deployment, integration, and stabilization of complex regional initiatives, aligning solutions with business outcomes and global technology strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, HR Systems, Business, or related field.
• 12+ years’ experience leading technology or operational transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience managing regional or multi-country programs in APAC.
• Background in workforce solutions or staffing operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of Middle Office solutions across APAC from concept to deployment and stabilization.
• Apply structured project and program management methodologies to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Coordinate cross-country implementation plans and manage regional timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Ensure solutions address upstream and downstream impacts across functions and markets.
• Own the APAC Middle Office solution roadmap including Workforce Management, Billing, HRMS, Payroll.
• Drive alignment between regional priorities and global technology strategy.
• Lead modernization, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Balance regional standardization with local regulatory requirements.
