Job summary

CMA CGM Group is seeking an experienced Application Managed Service Specialist to oversee day-to-day application support across the APAC region and lead technical projects. The role requires hands-on Java, .NET and Power Platform expertise, strong communication, and collaboration with vendors and internal teams.

You will report to the Head of Business IT Applications, APAC and drive modernization, security, and continuous improvement to meet business goals within a global shipping and logistics

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS or related field.
• 8+ years of software application development and support.
• Hands-on Java, .NET and Power Platform experience.
• Strong APIs, cloud, DevOps and testing knowledge.
• Experience in Shipping Industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day application support activities across APAC.
• Lead technical projects, enhancements, and governance processes.
• Develop and enforce standards for architecture, coding, and deployment.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to manage dependencies.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve efficiency.
