Job summary

The Adecco Group in Malaysia seeks an experienced APAC Middle Office Solutions Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Middle Office digital solutions across APAC, aligning technology with business outcomes. You will oversee governance, program management, and cross-functional delivery for Workforce Management, Billing, Associates HRMS and Payroll, driving automation and regional standardization.

This role requires strong leadership, regional mindset, and a track record of multi-country programs

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, HR Systems, Business or related field.
10+ years’ experience leading technology or operational transformation initiatives.
Demonstrated experience managing regional or multi-country programs in APAC.
Background in workforce solutions or staffing operations preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Middle Office solution initiatives across APAC.
Apply structured project and program management methodologies for high-quality delivery.
Coordinate cross-country implementation plans and manage timelines, risks, and dependencies.
Own and manage the APAC Middle Office solution roadmap across WFM, Billing, HRMS, and Payroll.
Drive modernization, automation, and digital transformation while aligning with local regulatory requirements.
