in Malaysia is seeking a Logistics Customer Service/Operations professional to coordinate and monitor day-to-day shipments for international customers, across sea, air, truck, rail, and express modes. You will be the first point of contact for customers and partners, ensure timely documentation, track shipment status, reply to inquiries promptly, and support SOP development and reporting.

Qualifications

• 3 years of professional experience in international transport logistics.
• Experience handling shipments in Sea, Air, Truck, Rail or Express.
• Solid understanding of shipping terms, documentation, and terminology.

Responsibilities

• Receive, book, track and manage shipments across multiple modes.
• Monitor shipments and maintain status visibility.
• Prepare and review transport documents in a timely manner.
• Serve as first point of contact for customers and partners.
• Liaise with service providers and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Support SOP development and reporting to customers.
