Job summary

GLOBAL TRACK LINES M SDN BHD is seeking a customer service and operations liaison to coordinate with forwarding, haulage, transport and finance teams. You will ensure customer expectations are met and drive timely updates on shipments.

Responsibilities include updating daily schedules, monitoring service levels, resolving issues, and liaising with authorities for necessary import licenses. At least 1–2 years of experience in forwarding/shipping is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service, documentation or operations in forwarding/shipping.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Able to multitask and coordinate with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with forwarding, haulage, transport and finance to meet customer expectations.
• Update customers on daily schedules and shipment progress.
• Monitor service levels and present KPI reports.
• Resolve customer issues by identifying causes and providing solutions.
• Liaise with authorities for import licenses and permits.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as required.
