Businesslist in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, is seeking an HR Operations professional to manage and resolve HR enquiries across the employee lifecycle. You will handle cases from initiation through resolution, ensuring SLA adherence and accurate records in HR systems.

The role requires a Bachelor's or Diploma in HR or related field, with at least 1 year of HR operations experience. Familiarity with Workday or ServiceNow is a plus, and you should be adept at stakeholder management and multitasking in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, or related field.
• Min 1 year of experience in HR Operations/Shared Services/Administration.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Workday or ServiceNow is a plus.
• Experience with HR systems and case management tools is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Manage and resolve HR enquiries and employee requests across the employee lifecycle.
