Job summary

Danaher seeks an HR Service Delivery Generalist I to independently handle HR inquiries across the employee lifecycle. The role supports standardized HR service delivery and works within Pall, a Danaher group company in Malaysia.

Responsibilities include end-to-end case ownership, policy interpretation, and collaboration with Specialists and People Partners on complex or high-risk scenarios.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of HR experience or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Ability to independently resolve HR inquiries

Responsibilities

• Independently resolve standard and moderately complex HR inquiries and cases across the employee lifecycle
• Interpret policies and determine appropriate resolution paths, escalating when needed
• Own cases end-to-end, ensuring timely, accurate, and consistent outcomes
• Support regional inquiry queue performance through effective case management and prioritization
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvement and standardization
• Contribute to knowledge management, documentation, and workflow improvements
• Partner with Specialists and People Partners on complex or high-risk scenarios
