Job summary

Chubb seeks an APAC HR Services Hub Associate in Kuala Lumpur to deliver HR transactional services to employees and managers across Asia Pacific. You will be the first point of contact for HR inquiries through HR ServiceNow, ensuring efficient end-to-end lifecycle support and consistent service delivery.

You will handle onboarding, data management, benefits and payroll support while leveraging Oracle HCM to automate processes and improve knowledge accessibility.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service.
• Experience in HR administration or shared services.
• Experience with service center technologies, HR information systems, or applicant tracking systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Traditional Chinese.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver HR transactional services to employees, managers and HR community across APAC via HR ServiceNow.
• Serve as first point of contact for HR queries and requests, ensuring end-to-end lifecycle support.
• Resolve enquiries within SLAs across talent acquisition, onboarding, off-boarding, compensation, benefits, time & labor, data management.
• Adhere to HR processes and escalate complex issues appropriately.
• Leverage Oracle HCM and HR ServiceNow to drive self-service and automation.
• Collaborate with knowledge management to improve information accessibility and article effectiveness.
