Job summary

congatec GmbH in Malaysia seeks an experienced APAC HR leader to manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. You will lead HR staff across APAC, collaborate with Global HR, and drive alignment of local practices with global strategies.

The role requires 7+ years in HR, strong knowledge of Malaysian labor law, and English fluency; Mandarin is a plus. Regular travel and hands-on support across regions are expected to push talent development and policy optimization.

Qualifications

• Degree (or comparable qualification) in human resource management, business administration, labor law, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of HR experience, ideally with some years in a similar role.
• Profound experience in all key HR areas and supporting multiple countries in an international environment.
• Solid knowledge of Malaysian labor law; knowledge of Taiwanese labor law would be an asset.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); Mandarin language skills would be a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build trust at all levels.
• Proactive, hands-on, solution-oriented, and self-driven personality, capable of working independently across a multi-country environment

• Position requires regular travel.
