SWIFT SUPPORT SERVICES MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is seeking an entry to mid-level HR Operations professional in Kuala Lumpur to support day-to-day HR administration and employee lifecycle processes.

You will assist with onboarding, employee changes and offboarding, and maintain records in Workday and other HR systems. The role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and strong communication as you interact with employees across APAC, contributing to a positive onboarding experience and efficient HR

Qualifications

• University degree in HRM, Business Admin, or related field; fresh graduates encouraged.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with employee information.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Self-driven, willing to learn and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable communicating with employees from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications; exposure to Workday or HR systems is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR administrative activities and maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
• Assist with employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, changes, and offboarding.
• Update and maintain employee information in Workday and other HR systems.
• Support general record keeping and HR documentation.
