Job summary

Career Wise in Penang, Malaysia is seeking an HR data and systems support analyst to manage SAP HR data and SuccessFactor, providing second line HRSC assistance for Personnel Administration requests.

You will administer personnel data, coordinate with HR stakeholders, and generate SAP reports while seeking improvements to the service model and efficiency. English communication and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with understanding functional architecture of SAP HR system or SuccessFactor to perform research and resolve issues.
• Experience with creating and executing test scripts to confirm system changes and elevate issues.
• Experience in IT, HR, Payroll or HR-related service functions.
• Familiarity with HR and Payroll policies.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge is a plus.
• Must maintain strong security and confidentiality practices.
• Excellent time management and ability to multi-task.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Process SAP data management and SuccessFactor for HR globally.
• Provide second line support within the HR Service Center for HR customers seeking support in Personnel Administration.
• Administer data for Personnel Administration and align with Organizational Management components.
• Analyze data requests from HR Stakeholders and coordinate with stakeholders for data completeness and accuracy.
• Guide HR Stakeholders on queries about Personnel Administration processes, HR forms, and data fields in SAP/HR systems.
• Log and monitor requests in HR Service Center and inform requesters of status.
• Generate Personnel Administration reports from SAP.
• Identify process improvements and enhance service delivery efficiency.
