Job summary

Lighthouse seeks a senior APAC commercial leader based in Malaysia to accelerate revenue growth across hospitality tech markets. You will set and execute regional GTM strategy, run cross‑functional revenue programmes from idea to measurable impact, and act as a force multiplier for the VP and Country Manager.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, Finance and the global GTM and Strategy teams, guiding AI‑driven selling and regional initiatives to maximize profitability and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, hospitality tech or e‑commerce with exposure to market strategy.
• Proven track record in partnerships, negotiations and strategy execution.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on approach in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities
