Lighthouse is seeking a senior APAC revenue leader to drive growth across the region. You will report to the VP, APAC and collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, and Finance to define and execute regional growth initiatives and revenue programs.

The role focuses on aligning global initiatives with in-market execution, leveraging AI to improve selling efficiency and driving fast, measurable outcomes across APAC.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, hospitality tech or e-commerce; strong exposure to market strategy and programme management.

Responsabilités

• Set and execute regional growth strategy across APAC; run cross-functional revenue programmes from idea to measurable impact.
• Lead how the APAC team uses AI and automation to sell more efficiently.
• Define GTM strategies balancing growth, profitability, and long-term positioning across APAC markets.
• Measure sales performance with the VP and identify opportunities to improve processes and ROI.
