This is a new role in the APAC commercial leadership team, created to accelerate revenue growth across the region. It is not a coordination role: it is a commercial mandate . Reporting to the VP, APAC, you will set and execute regional growth strategy, run cross-functional revenue programmes from idea to measurable impact, and act as a force multiplier for the VP and the Country Manager organisation.
You will work across Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, Finance and the global GTM and Strategy teams, connecting global initiatives to in-market execution and making the region-specific calls where they are needed. You will also lead how the APAC team uses AI and automation to sell more efficiently.

Deliver revenue programmes. Identify, plan and execute revenue-generating initiatives across markets, from inception through to measurable impact.

Support strategic deals. Step into deal-making and commercial negotiations where regional coordination adds leverage.
Run the business by the numbers. Work with the VP to measure sales performance, identify opportunities and recommend improvements, using data to test, learn and iterate quickly.
Give time back to Sales. Review and improve processes with Finance and Operations to reduce administrative load on sales reps and reclaim selling time.
Connect global and local. Act as the link between global functions and in-market managers so that strategy stays aligned and execution stays fast.
Use AI as a force multiplier. Improve outbound sales efficiency through AI strategy and automation, in partnership with internal stakeholders.
Support the VP. Drive planning, follow-up and internal communications across the region.
