Job summary

SmartDev is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive AI-enabled solutions across APAC. You will translate complex AI capabilities into tangible business value for CTOs, CMOs, and CDOs, and close high-value enterprise deals.

As a hybrid contributor, you will identify opportunities, build pipelines, and collaborate with Solution Architects to scope feasibility while shaping pricing models and strategic partnerships. A hunter mentality and data-driven ROI storytelling are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B solution sales or business development.
• Minimum 2 years selling AI/ML or data science services.
• Proven track record closing five- to six-figure deals.
• Ability to articulate AI concepts to CTOs and CMOs/CDOs.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target high-potential enterprise accounts across APAC.
• Build a 12-month AI solution sales pipeline.
• Lead consultative discovery to map client pain points to AI blueprints.
• Structure and negotiate complex contracts (POCs, pilots, managed services).
• Collaborate with marketing to create AI-focused collateral and pricing feedback.
