Lighthouse is seeking a Business Development Manager for Malaysia to own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. This hunter role requires building your own pipeline, meeting quota, and using a modern revenue stack with AI-enabled tools to focus on discovery and closing deals.

Native Bahasa speaker with fluent English is required. You will work hybrid in Kuala Lumpur, engaging with global hospitality clients and driving revenue growth through MEDDPICC-driven selling motions.

Qualificações

• 2–5 years in a closing SaaS role.
• Native Bahasa speaker with fluent English.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding quota.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Build and manage your own pipeline with 3x coverage.
• Employ MEDDPICC to qualify and advance opportunities.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve discovery and closing.
• Represent Lighthouse at industry events and manage key accounts.
