Job summary

OCBC Malaysia is seeking dynamic individuals to join our Emerging Business Division (Business Banking) to drive SME client acquisition, balance sheet growth and revenue through innovative banking solutions.

As part of the team, you will acquire and onboard new SME and corporate clients, promote Cash Management and Business Banking solutions, grow deposits and fee income, and facilitate corporate account openings including Labuan and offshore entities.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Able to manage time and priorities effectively.
• Comfortable working with cross-border clients and regional markets.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; structured training and mentorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and onboard new SME and corporate clients through networking, referrals, and business development initiatives.
• Promote Cash Management and Business Banking solutions.
• Grow deposits and fee-based income while contributing to the balance sheet and revenue targets.
• Facilitate corporate account openings (Labuan and offshore accounts) for local and foreign entities.
• Build strong, long-term client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Identify market trends and provide feedback to shape SME strategy.
