• Resolve guest enquiries and follow up on operational issues.
• Coordinate with cleaners, maintenance workers, contractors, suppliers, and service providers.
• Assist in monitoring renovation and property improvement projects.
• Conduct site visits to supervise renovation progress and ensure timelines.
• Assist in planning interior design, furniture selection, decoration, and property setup.
• Ensure the overall design, furniture arrangement, and decoration meet the required standard and concept.
• Source and purchase suitable furniture, appliances, decorations, and other necessary items for the properties.
