Job summary

Private Advertiser in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Airbnb Operations Executive to oversee daily workflows, listing management, guest communications, and property maintenance across multiple units, maximizing rental income and guest satisfaction.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor in Hospitality & Tourism, ownership of a laptop, and prior managerial experience in hotel or Airbnb operations. You will coordinate cleaning, vendor services, and ensure high-quality guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel or Airbnb operator managerial roles preferred.
• Own laptop required.

Responsibilities

• Property Management: onboarding, interior setup, safety inspections, renovations.
• Listing & Pricing: optimize OTA listings and dynamic pricing.
• Guest Relations: monitor check-ins, address complaints, manage emergencies.
• Booking & guest communication: handle inquiries, bookings, and guest concerns.
• Property maintenance & cleaning: coordinate cleaning and vendor services between stays.
• Operational Oversight: supervise day-to-day operations and ensure guest satisfaction.
