Job summary

Private Advertiser in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Airbnb Operations Executive to oversee daily workflows, listing management, guest communications, and property maintenance across multiple units, maximizing rental income and guest satisfaction.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor in Hospitality & Tourism, ownership of a laptop, and prior managerial experience in hotel or Airbnb operations. You will coordinate cleaning, vendor services, and ensure high-quality guest experiences.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Property Management: onboarding, interior setup, safety inspections, renovations.

We are the Super host Airnnb company active in Jalan Bukit Bintang, K.L. Our properties are located in the most crowned K.L town centre.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for an experience operation manager who understands both revenue performance and guest experience, and is capable of oversees the daily workflows, listing management, guest communication, property maintenance, cleaning services, and vendor coordination to help property owners maximise their rental income and ensure a high-quality experience for their guests.

Core Responsibilities

Property Management: Handle new unit onboarding, interior setup, and safety inspections including renovation, design and build.

Listing & Pricing: Optimize online travel agency (OTA) listings and adjust rates dynamically.

Guest Relations: Monitor check-ins, address complaints, and resolve emergency issues.

Booking and guest communication: able to handle all guest communications on the host’s behalf, from answering inquiries and managing bookings to addressing any concerns during their to ensure that guests have a positive experience, increasing the likelihood of positive reviews and repeat bookings.

Property maintenance and cleaning: To coordinate and arrange all necessary cleaning and maintenance tasks between guest stays, ensuring your property remains in top condition. They’ll also coordinate and liaise with trusted service providers, such as cleaners, handymen, and contractor, to handle any work that is required.

Operational Oversight

• Supervise day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient operation.
• Address and resolve guest issues promptly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Act as the point of contact for emergencies, implementing crisis management protocols.
