Job summary

EH Property Management in Malaysia is seeking a property management professional to oversee West Malaysia assets and short-term Airbnb units. The role involves site visits, tenancy document handling, repairs, contractor liaison, and guest interactions.

You will coordinate check-ins/outs, manage cleaning services, and monitor utility, insurance, and service charge payments. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in property management or related fields, with 1–3 years of experience in

Diploma or Degree in sales/marketing/hospitality/property management or equivalent.
At least 1–3 years working experience in property related field.
Able to answer phone calls and resolve urgent issues during weekends/public holidays.

Responsibilities

Conduct regular site visits to ensure asset condition and proper maintenance.
Monitor collection progress and undertake debts recovery activities.
Manage and maintain West Malaysia property including handover, tenancy agreements, repairs, liaising with contractors and managing tenant complaints.
Oversee Airbnb/short-term homestay activities: market surveys, bookings, check-ins/outs, cleaning coordination, and asset checks.
