Job summary

AIS Design SDN. BHD. is seeking a Customer Experience Executive (Property) to manage a portfolio of short-stay properties.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, bookings, and guest communications in a fast-paced environment. Fresh graduates are welcome; basic English and computer skills are required. Own transport is preferred, and you will coordinate cleaners and maintenance teams to ensure guest-ready properties and high service standards.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in property or hospitality is an advantage.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Comfortable using computers.
• Own transport is preferred. Driving licence and ability to drive MPV when required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of our short-stay properties and ensure they are clean, well-maintained and guest-ready.
• Manage bookings, guest enquiries, check-ins and check-outs through booking platforms and other communication channels.
• Coordinate and supervise cleaners and maintenance teams, and ensure work is completed to the expected standard.
• Arrange repairs, maintenance and replenishment of household supplies when required.
• Keep property listings, availability, pricing and other relevant information up to date.
