Qualifications

• Fresh graduates welcome; experience in property or hospitality is an advantage.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Comfortable using computers.
• Own transport preferred; if no vehicle, must possess a driving licence and be able to drive an MPV when required.
• Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of short-stay properties, ensuring they are clean, well-maintained and guest-ready.
• Handle bookings, guest enquiries, check-ins and check-outs via booking platforms and other channels.
• Coordinate and supervise cleaners and maintenance teams to meet standards.
• Arrange repairs, maintenance and replenishment of supplies as needed.
• Keep listings, availability and pricing information up to date.
