Job summary

Chua's Home Sdn. Bhd. in Damansara, Selangor seeks an operations professional to manage daily activities for about 70 Airbnb/short‑term rental units, ensuring smooth, guest‑centred service.

You will review and implement SOPs and systems, coordinate check-ins/check-outs, bookings, maintenance, and housekeeping, and stand up practical processes to boost efficiency, quality and occupancy. Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Airbnb, homestay, or hospitality operations.
• Proven experience in Airbnb or short-term rental operations.
• Experience managing ~70 rental units and developing SOPs.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Proactive and hands-on with ability to identify issues and implement solutions.
• Only candidates with relevant Airbnb experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of approximately 70 Airbnb/short-term rental units.
• Review processes and implement SOPs and systems to improve efficiency, consistency, and service quality.
• Coordinate check-ins, check-outs, bookings, guest enquiries, and customer service.
• Monitor unit cleanliness, maintenance, repairs, and housekeeping schedules.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance teams, and service providers.
• Handle guest complaints and operational issues professionally and ensure timely solutions.
• Monitor occupancy and overall operational performance of properties.
• Ensure units are guest-ready with high cleanliness and service standards.
• Prepare operational reports and support management in improving property performance.
• Identify gaps and establish practical systems to improve overall management of properties.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in Airbnb, homestay, short-term rental, property management, hotel, or hospitality operations.
• Proven experience in Airbnb or short-term rental operations is required. Applications without relevant experience will not be considered.
• Experience managing multiple units/properties is preferred; ability to handle approximately 70 rental units.
• Able to develop, implement, and improve SOPs, operational systems, and workflows to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred due to communication requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Able to work independently, manage daily operations, and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proactive and hands-on, with the ability to identify operational issues and implement effective solutions.
