Job summary

New Sign Logistics is seeking a responsible and customer-focused shipment coordinator to manage import/export shipments (air and sea), arrange bookings with carriers, and support our daily operations.

You will prepare shipping documents, track movements, and coordinate with operations and warehouse teams to ensure timely, proactive updates to customers. Fresh grads welcomed; Mandarin is a plus; English essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, business or related field.
• Experience in freight forwarding preferred; fresh grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries for import & export shipments (air/sea).
• Arrange bookings with carriers, co-loaders and overseas agents.
• Prepare and check shipping documentation (BL, AWB, invoice, packing list, permits).
• Track shipment movement and update customers proactively.
• Coordinate with operations, warehouse and transport teams.
• Handle problem-solving to ensure smooth delivery.
