Job summary

Premier Allied Logistics Sdn Bhd is seeking a logistics coordinator to manage import/export bookings, monitor container collection and delivery, and liaise with liners on status and payments. The role includes timely completion of job files and coordination with Semangat Forwarding on documentation and customs clearance.

The position also requires following up on outstanding payments from customers to ensure smooth cash flow and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• RECEIVE CUSTOMER’S BOOKING ORDER – IMPORT/ EXPORT
• MONITOR CLOSELY ON THE COLLECTION/ DELIVERY OF CONTAINERS
• LIAISE WITH SHIPPING LINERS ON CONTAINER STATUS & PAYMENT
• TO COMPLETE JOB FILES ON A TIMELY MANNER
• LIAISE WITH SEMANGAT FORWARDING AGENT ON THE IMPORT/ EXPORT DOCUMENTATIONS AND CUSTOM CLEARENCE
• TO FOLLOW UP ON OUTSTANDING PAYMENT FROM CUSTOMERS
